Help me build my setup

My goal is to make 250 hp. I want to turbocharge, I know plenty about turbocharcing yet not enough to build my own custom setup. Is there anyone out there that sells kits that fit my needs. The car is a 85 gsl-se, help a rx-7 newbie out.

check out the sticky thread on putting a TII into a gsl-se, there's already many people asking that and lots of good info there.
