I have an idea but let me get this strait first. You pulled the old rotor off and reinstalled a new rotor. Tightened it down, and now can't remove it?

You didn't try to eliminate the wobble by torquing the big nut after installing the new rotor did you?

The problem with getting it back off (provided you took the pin and nut back off) is that you need to be able to tap it from behind evenly. Not possible if you are doing this on the ground at your house. Try this: it usually works.

Support car SAFELY
Take your stock wheel (or spare if you have really nice rims) and put it on the hub.
Spin in each of the 4 lug nuts about 3 turns.
Now push the wheel firmly against the hub and ****** the wheel back towards yourself quickly.

Repeat until you ****** the rotor off.

In essence, use your wheel as a heavy slide hammer.

Sounds strange but I have never seen it fail.

Good luck.

My Guess Follows:

The bearing race was not seated correctly, the rotor/hub was tightend on the spindle to tight and now the bearing is binding on the race?

Pulling that out my ***, but without seeing this I don't know what to say. I fell if we saw a picture we'd see the nut that holds the rotor/hub still in place.

Expain step by step what you have done this far... we are all (seemingly) confused as to what you got yourself into.

I put the inner bearing into the rotor that was full with bearing grease, put it on to the rod, then i put the outer bearing in there, then i tighten it... The did it 3 times, and everytime the rotor would move side to side... so, on the last time, i tighten the nut the farthest it can go but it still move side to side and now i cant take it back out... I try the bolting the wheel on, rubber malet, having 3 people pulling on it, etc... still doesn't come out...

well, u've probably jammed the outer bearing bewteen the bearing race and the rod. if using the rim as a slide hammer didn't work, you could always just get a big gear puller hook it up to an impact and go to town on it. that'll get it off, but don't know if it would damage anything in the process... i'm guess ur going to end replaceing the bearings anyways.
