Help with getting an FB/SA (I have an FC)

Hello,
Here's my situation. I know of an FB thats been sitting for 2+ years at a church, it's got 175k on the odometer and its a GSL( I don't know what year yet, I'm thinkin' its an 84'). I have yet to talk to the owner, I will soon, I just need to talk to the church's Pastor. The sunroof has been open for some time, so it's been rained in. There is a spoiler in the hatch, its unpainted, and cracked in a few places. The car has had some minor body damage, the fender was replaced with a brown one. It's also got the glass sunroof and quartz clock. The clock still works too. It is a 5 speed. Should I go for it, and how much should i offer, I was thinking $20 first, since its been sitting and rained in. Overall its okay.
Please help me out, I'll answer any questions I can answer.

-Ian

if it was me 20 bucks would be rather insulting... the glass moonroof is worth way more than that.. I'd just ask him if he's wanting to sell and for how much.. then haggle down from there, using the 'it's been rained in and the interior/exterior's rough"

$100 - $200 for the car would be fair. Sunroof is worth $100 if it is factor Glass and not an aftermarket. Check for rust in the floor.

Can you get aftermarket glass moonroofs?

I really want a glass one but can't bring myself to pay $140 for one...
