help: carb testing

So we were cleaning out out shop and they were going to throw away an old nikki, I'm getting a ist gen soon and it needs carb work so i figured what the hell i'd take it to monkey away with. So i get it home and take off the float assembly put some gas in the bowls. Then I spray air from compressor into each of the venturi's To my suprise all of the emulsion tubes were unpluggled as gas came out of all of the barrels on this test. I also did the accelerator pump( like for when you start it. Those still squirt gas when the throttle plate is opened as well. I then tried to inspect the float assembly to the best of my ability. The needles seem to seat nicely and move very freely.

My question is: Is there anything else i can check without actually having it on a car? And what are the odds that this carb can still function properly?

Thanks,
Ron
