help on carb rebuild please!!!
Ok, I all ready started the carb rebuild on an 84 Nikki carb, and I ran into an issue. Now before I start I want to let you know that It has the altitude compesater that has the #2 airbleed (curved) that cant be removed, and its a manual transmission.
Ok, here is the issue, the carb does not have the richer soleniod, the plug,or the airbleed. now the part of the airhorn where the alt compesater was attached to seems to just sit on top of where the airbleed and plug go.
Do I need the richer soleniod or the plug and airbleed?
I have an older carb w/o the compesater,so if I find the plug and correct air bleed per chart on carb manual, and a richer soleniod, can I use it?
I read the thread on stripping down a Nikki In which I will eventually do, but I just want to get my car running for now.
Thank you
p.s. If you click my username and read my first couple of posts you will more understand my situation, you guys are appreciated.
