Exclamation help buying first gen rx-7!URGENT

Hey, i have a friend who's too lazy to put a rebuilt rx-7 engine (works perfectly, used to be in another car i drove), into the most perfect first gen shell i've ever seen and he's jsut giving it to me (he's rich:P) Stock radio in perfect shape, no stains in carpet, no rips, seats in perfect shape, no sunburn on dash, no scratches in tach/speedometer, rear interior of car all mint. no scratches in any windows, the exterior has no dents whatsoever, it just needs a paint job. But what I'm wondering is what problems to look for underneath; Like common rust areas, possible functionality problems, etc. I'm most worried about rust problems. Please answer back A.S.A.P. I'm going to look at his rex on sunday. I would like to get an answer back as soon as possible, all help is appreciated. my e-mail is ibanezblazer@gmail.com if you feel the need to e-mail me.

Usual rust spots are the rear inner wheel wells, then the rockers. Pull the bins inside to check the wheel well rust inside. Check the drain channels for the sinroof and hatch, then the entire bottom of the car.
