I have an 81 FB gs i think. when i bought it i was told there was some brake regulator that was why the brakes didnt work is this true? also how hard is it to remove the stock seat brakets and put them on a different seat as the cars seats are in pretty bad shape. and i do not see a windsheild wiper control arm in the steering colum but a place for it on the right? any help is apreciated

its lhd and i have no clue what the vin number is. it might not be a gs that is just what i remember being told

 

I guess the sentence about the wiper control arm is a bit confusing. what i ment was is there a place for it on the right hand side of the steering colum which is on the left because thats where the drivers seat and all that good stuff is.
