headlight stuck up
I removed everything from my eng bay for a re-paint. Put it all together and everything works except my headlight won't go down.. I also installed a FC fusebox under the hood. What should i check? Headlights come on and off with no issues.. If i turn the manual **** they will go down then pop up..

Perhaps you have the one light wired wrong? If they're going up/down on their own after turning the ****, I'd guess the motor is working fine. Something is probably disconnected or connected wrong, causing your issue.
I'm not sure from the reading, but if only one is stuck up, I'd definately look at the wiring there, to make sure they're correct.

When a Fusible Link goes out (driver's side strut tower, the one marked 'RETRACTOR') it will cause the retractor mechanism to not return to the closed position.
Since you mentioned that you also put in a fuseblock, I would think that you probably missed this connection, or the fuse is burned out in your new fuseblock.
Have a look at those, and see what happens. Without the fuseblock that you've installed, a simple replacement of the Fusible Link fixes this problem. The problem with the links is that they'll test just fine with an ohmeter, but once you put a load on them, they won't carry the load and will fail. HTH,
