Headlight conversions on eBay--Any feedback?

I hade the rectangular (4x6) ones for my truck and yes it lit up the road well but I went through 2 sets of bulbs in about a year. Anyone else have similar problems?

I bought a set of 4x6 for my FC racecar for a night enduro race. I got a set of 90/130 bulbs and I am very happy with the offroad results.
The beam pattern has a very sharp cutoff, high quality light pattern. I will convert all my cars to "diamond cut" style.
I have used other H4 bulb conversions and the normal bulbs don't last that long. I would go with the H4 LongLife bulbs.

I bought a Bosch set with bulbs included from Canadian Tire. Worked great, no blue bulb BS (which, BTW, are illegal in pretty much every state and province as, technically, blue lights are for emergency vehicles only. If a cop is in a bad mood when he pulls you over, it's one more thing they can ding you with)
