Headlight bulb grounding issue on my '93 GS

For some reason, I've been having problems with the ground on my car. We can't seem to find the problem. Has anyone else had this problem? It's obviously a ground problem due to the fact that: the driver-side light sort of lights up, and the passenger-side doesn't. Also, all 3 headlight bulb connector pins have power. Any help, light a diagram or personal experience would be much appreciated. Everything is still stock.

Check out Section E. It shows the location of the headlight ground wires. One prong of those headlight connector is a ground and should not have power.

Try swapping the headlights. I bet'cha one of them is burned out.

All 3 prongs have power? Even with brights and non brights??
