Header options/vendors?
alright, change of plans... Looking for a set of headers.. (comeon flames!) The trick is that I want them to bolt up to replace stock manifold and converter (for 11.99999 months per year, hence the BOLT requirement)
Who makes these systems? I was looking at racing beat's stuff and and quite confused... Can someone describe the differences between the streetable vs road race systems? Wihich allow for 6-port actuation and O2 sensor... Don't really need the ACV if I'm yoinking the cats anyway... Do these go straight from block to connector pipe, or do I need the pre-silencer or what.... ARGGH!

Racing beats streetable header comes a few inches shy of bolting to the stock main converter, and if you buy their presilencer, I believe it will replace the main cat and bolt directly to the piping after the cat. However, if you just want a header, Mindtrain's header will bolt up directly to the main cat.

That's not quite what I want.. The 3 stock cats have already been switched for a Bonez high flow unit. I'm looking to run without the cats (for CSP autocross) and have something that bolts to either the connecting pipe after all 3 cats, or directly to the muffler.

I think the streetable ones end up in one pipe at the end of the header section... The road racing ones end up in 2 single and sparate pipes... The streetable one will be more quiet while the road racing headers will be a little louder (this depends on if after the header the two tubes are joined together or not)
