AB Hazard fuse blowing, need help

My hazard fuse is blowing every time I connect the battery, I have attached a voltmeter set on ohms from the back of the fuse box to ground and it shows continuity, so I know I have a short somewhere, I have disconnected everything that the wiring diagram says is on that circuit, still grounding, disconnected cpu and still didn't solve the problem, chased wire from fuse panel as far as I can without removing dash, but its a rats nest back there.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated, after 2.5 days of searching for a short there is a lot of swearing and tool throwing going on.

It is the driver door somewhere, I disconnected the harness at the kick panel that goes to the door cylinder light, I will update when I have removed door panel and investigated further
