i just got an 84 rx7 but i'm having trouble gettign it to turn over it kind of seems like its not gettign spark... i'm goign to check the rotor cap pulugs and plug wires..but is there anythign else that i shold check?

 

Does the starter turn the motor and it won't start?

 

Spark has nothing to do with turning over. The starter is what turns over the motor.

Make sure the battery is fully charged as a first step.
