but if you get the tii swap kit for the brakes, say for (my) GSLSE, will they fit within the stock GSLSE wheels?

No, the TII hubs are a 5x114.3 bolt pattern. But it is much easier to find rims in that bolt pattern (although offset may give you grief).

I bought blank brembo rotors, I cant find anyone who sells brake rotors casted with holes.
