No. But, let me know your results. Really rad idea dude!!
I never thought about putting a timing controller on my box. Now I won't be able to get over how good of an idea that is. Lol. Good luck.

It should work, but I'd call MSD to be sure. I tried using a boost/retard box that was similar to that, wired it in a few different ways before I called MSD and they told me it wont work on a rotary. If it's a simple delay box for the ignition signal from the dizzy to the coil it should work on any engine.

The way most MSD boxes are wired it would only adjust the leading timing and not the trailing so if you do not disable the trailing it will not work.

Thanks for the input. I did consider the lead timing issue and i'm glad someone could verify it. I guess i'll put it in ebay.

Could you buy two ignition boxes and two timing boxes; Wire them both individually to both the leading and trailing ignition? Then you could control both sets of timind individually on the fly, and, you'd have some damn good Spark.

You would have to use two boxes for the trailing as the wasted spark set up will not work on trailing as it does on leading so you would end up with three boxes with three seperate rpm controllers competing with each other, won't work, imho.

Or you could just scrap the trailing since it doesn't do anything anyways... then it would work just fine.
