Has anyone put a rear end and front suspention from a 84 into a 83??
I know the mounting spots are diffrent on the body for the 83 than the 84-85's, do I just need to use the 83 rods to mount the 84 rear?? Also I have a front suspention fron a gsl-se that I'm going to want to put into the 83, is it a bolt up? I plan on using the whole front suspention (crossmember and everything).
Any help would be great!

I could be wrong, but I thought the 83’-85’ were pretty much the same suspension.
Ah just found my British Vic Catalog, for front control arm assembly, it lists 2, one for the 79’-82’, and another for the 83’ to 85’. The rear appears to be the same situation.

I swaped in a rear axle from an SE to my '79. Bolted right in. Only issue was adapting the brake line fittings which wasn't that hard.
Front spindles from an SE also are just a bolt in thing.
