Very nice. But, it doesn't look like is a working scoop. I need a working scoop cause I am running with stock top mount cooler. By the way were are they from?

They don't have one. It's BS.
Search the canadian forum and you'll learn that they're total and complete ***-muches. They've also closed up shop recently, and all their stock (as crappy as it was) was sold for scrap. They no longer exist, and when they did you wouldn't have wanted to be associated with them in any way, shape or form.
Take it from someone who lives in Ottawa and had been there.
They didn't have a hood scoop, if they had one on the website, it meant they'd cut it from a rusty old TII hood and hand it to you.

That sucks! I was planning to send the car for paint job next month and I cant find what I need. Theres got to be someone out there that has this scoop or know who makes them.

Just find a good TII hood in the bone yard, bring your sawzall, and have it welded on when you get the car painted, or buy the fiberglass one and just cut the opening out.
