I'm throtie8

LeadGuy68: but no way in **** am i turboing the protege
throtie8: ha
LeadGuy68: no way in **** am i owning the protege
LeadGuy68: lol its getting traded in next month
throtie8: put you engine into the protoge then buy a sr20det for your car
LeadGuy68: screw that, too much work, ill buy a diffrent car
throtie8: rofl rotary protoge
LeadGuy68: 3sgte powered awd celica...... 250whp
throtie8:
LeadGuy68: yea right, that would work, its fwd
throtie8: meh make it rear
LeadGuy68: rotaries have fuel problems if they're mounted transversally...
throtie8: it'll be a nice project
LeadGuy68: too much work
LeadGuy68: cutting and ****
LeadGuy68: **** that
throtie8: i've never heard of a FWD rotary
throtie8: or AWD
LeadGuy68: there was one built in australia
LeadGuy68: a few actually
throtie8: what kinda car?
LeadGuy68: it used a c5sg-3 tranny from a sport 20
LeadGuy68: in a sport 20 (jdm protege)
LeadGuy68: all i can say, it started then slowly die
LeadGuy68: died
LeadGuy68: they just wont work
throtie8: mada put a rotary in to piston style cars?
LeadGuy68: in fwd
throtie8: and why would there be a difference in fuel?
LeadGuy68: its just how the engine is designed
LeadGuy68: i had an explanation somehwere
LeadGuy68: but idk where i read it
LeadGuy68: just like the kl-ze jdm probe engine cant be used in rwd because of fuel problems
throtie8: thats realy wierd, only thing that i could see causing a problem would be a sharp bend in the fuel line, but that can be fixed easy
LeadGuy68: who knows

just thought i'd share the laughs

this guy thinks that mazda put a rotary engine into a protoge in australia and only australia. and that fuel some how changes when the engine is rotated by 90 degrees inside the engine bay.
