This was in the local paper...

1984 Mazda RX7 GSL for sale, 28k original miles, 5 speed, all original, runs great.. $10,000 !!!!!!!!!

Is this person smoking something?? I know 28k is low low low miles, but $10k? I could buy a third gen for that much!

You know.......

With what we put into our cars.......and what you can buy now these days......our cars should be worth alot more......

I think my car is a 10k car............but its not for sale........

If somebody buys it for that much..........its a 10k car.........

As far as mods and stuff the seller of a mild to heavaly modified RX7 will not usually get what they put in to the car out when they sell it.

However, what jimtesla said about he thinks his car is a $10k car, and if some one buys it for $10k Then infact it is a $10k car.

The selling price of a car is all baised on what the buyer is willing to spend.

And if this guy can find a buyer that is willing to spend $10k on this car then more power to him

A few months ago there was almost the same exact thing in my paper, except it was for $7,000.

Hey, I can't really blame them for wanting to take advantage of some dumbass that will buy it. I'd do the same thing.
