GSLSE Front Brakes/Suspension

I swapped an SE rear end into my 83 GS, so now I need the SE bolt pattern up front too. Are the SE Brake Rotors/Calipers bigger? Can I just get the rotors/hubs and calipers or do I have to get the whole front suspension for it to fit?

You need the strut tube and spindle, along with the calipers, mounting brackets and rotor/hub from the SE. The control arm is the same, so it will bolt right up to the SE strut tube.
