AR GSL SE Stalling issues

Under hard or quick deceleration my car will stall and die. I can kick the clutch in and crank it back up. So would it be a tank issue with trash in it, covering up the pick up tube? Is there a baffle that could be broken off? Its not every time, but most of the time. Sometimes my fuel light will come on.

Could be. It might be something that just needs adjustment like the Throttle position sensor.

You can download PDFs of the Factory Service Manual and wiring diagram at one of the links below. Look at the contents for section 4B and find the info on the deceleration control system. There are several components you can check.

It does seem to idle low also.

Think I should go with the TPS first?
