Well when it stops running or won't start, pull the spark plugs and check them. Are they dripping with fuel?
If it was flooded letting it sit for 2 days would not even unflood a rotary engine.
You also need to check for spark on both leading and trailing, I use a inductive timing light a put it on each coil wire to make sure I have good spark.
So, you have the proper fuel pressure, you have spark, I assume your motor still has good compression (cause a weak compression will not start a hot engine) and clean air coming into the engine thru air filter.
HMMM.... the engine has everything it would need to start.
BTW, my SE had a little cone shaped fuel filter stuff up inside the 3/8" (??mm) supply line right before it goes into the fuel pump. It was plugged so I pulled it and cleaned it out, then stuffed it back inside the fuel hose.

hmm.. ok.. I had a lil problem that NO ONE on this forum has every described, and after months of frustration I found the lil bastard an fixed it ... I had the same problem as you, running out of fuel, etc. Check your fuel regulator, and from the drivers side, under the hood, looking at your 'rats nest' make sure those connections are good. If this doesnt help, start the car, and have it idle, while you wiggle underneath those connections. Mine ended up having a loose ground to the block underneath all that ****, and once I pulled it all apart, checked all the vaccuum hoses, I found it... tightened er up real good, and no probs since .. Hope that helps man, and be glad you have an SE, I wouldn't have it any other way
