by the way i have seen a 13b blow the sh%^%T out of a 9" , im telling you it pushed the center out of the housing pushing the driveshaft , transmission, engine , broke the oil lines from the front cover , lol

Anything can be broken,but the 9" has an indisputable track record of durabilty.They arent all the bomb,but most 9's are very,very strong.They are also very big and heavy.

The Mustangs used the smaller 8.8
Very easy to find those in the yards,and theres TONS of aftermarket support for them in the way of gears,axles,brakes and locker/LSD.

nobody has measurements come on now, id measure a panhard for you guys. but seriousely it would be great to have a thread with plans on how people can build one themself, cause i know people have built thier own, and i could to, but id like to use tried and tested design, plus i dont know what size tubing to use, what thickness, to be light yet stand up to the pressure of 1g plus corners, without buckling,
