FC rotors will work, but then you'll need a pair and their counterweights.

what do you mean by counter weight. Is the fc base rear rotor a direct fit?

The gsl-se rear rotors are vented. Mazdatrix does not have them in stock, but their website list them. They said, you camt get them anywhere.
I currently have fc base model rear rotor and it fits onto the hub. Same outer diameter. But the offset is off and the rotor is thinner because its solid.
My only option now is to shim the caliper bracket to even the spacing to the wrong rotors so the car can be driven. But not ideal. Because the rotor is so thin compared to the original on the brakes wont last long and the brake pads might fall out. Ill upload some pictures.

oh, brakes. gotta say disks on a rotary site
Hopefully it's just a supply chain issue and not them being NLA.

This from Wilwood looks close. Probably have to make a spacer between it and the hub, then the wheel will stick out more. And the diameter is bigger so the caliper will be moved out a bit which may compromise the parking brake.
No easy solution for vented rears.

edit: I just remembered KC Raceware makes a GSL-SE racing rotor set, try giving them a call.
