Gsl-se rear end

Hi guys,
Just a quick couple of questions. I did a search but couldn't find what I wanted. What is different about the gsl-se rear end when compared to the other models. Also is it true that all series 3 rx-7s in Australia had these rear ends and bolt pattern?
Thanks heaps guys.

GSL-SE has a higher ratio (close to 4.1). Also it has bigger disc brakes with different mountings. The half-axles are bigger than the other models.

The GSL-SE rear end has three major differences from the other Rx7s. One, the bolt pattern is different (114.3mm as opposed to the 110mm). Two, the axles are longer to accommodate the different offset of the GSL-SE wheels (which of a 38mm offset as opposed to the 12mm). Three, the axles are larger around then the 79-83 axles. You can bolt the GSL-SE third member into an 84-85 rear housing because they share the axle splines, but this does not work with other years.
