Gsl-se Omp

What's a quick check I can do when I get my 85 GSLSE out of storage to make sure the OMP is still working like it should?

Push on the spring where the OMP rod connects at the bottom. IT SHOULD BE EASILY MOVED. It should also return when you let go. If it moves back and forth real easy, you're fine. Mine was seized and my car wouldn't run for more than 5 minutes under load. Changed out the pump with a 2nd gen one, and it runs way better. Cured the power loss up top, too. Good luck!

One last question, where exactly is it located, should I just follow the linkage down from the throttle body?
