gsl se fuel pressure

i have a 85 gsl se i just pick up i like to know what the fuel pressure is suppose to be at i cant get it to run i sent out the injectors to rc got them back put them in it still don't run now its flooding i looked at the fuel rail and the screw that is on the regulator thats on the water neck side was back out all the way i screw it back in all the way down so i think thats way now its flooding i just don't know where the fuel pressure is suppose to be at the car sat for 13 years i dump the old fuel out and installed new fuel filter blew out the fuel lines the fuel pump works before i shot some starter fluid and it ran for a little that why i send out the injectors to Begin with any help would be appreciated. thanks

We don't have adjustable regulators.

i believe that's called a pulsation dampener. it guards against pressure pulsation and/or flow fluctuation. an i think the pump pressure is like 15 psi.

^ You are way off on your GUESSTIMATE of the fuel pressure!

Like I said that is what the FSM is for.

now that i know its a pulsation dampener does the screw have to be turn in all the way of half way i dont know and what is the fuel pressure rx7 doctor.
