Well i bought a 84 SE several months ago and still learning alot about the car. It has been sitting for 6 or so years or so. First of all i think i have a different exhaust since i do not have the cats on it or can not find them, as you see in the pic.

I connect the dizzy to one of the four holes in the manifold as you can see. I do not knot if this is right so tell me. The other one is plug into where the fuel stablizer is right by the injectors. I think that is right? And for the other two i just blocked them off for now. I left the black valve alone since it did not seem to needed to be removed or pluged. I do not know what i need to keep for A/C since i am keeping mine?

This is the sensor that was already broken and looked like they tried to fix it. I think it is a intake temperature sensor and i have no idea where i can get one.

Pictures of the throttle body just JB weld them. I do not know how to put the other side back together. So that is why i was looking for a diagram.

That is it for now... If anyone can help me that would be great or learn from what i have done a little. There is no write up on first gen GSL-SE emission removal. Thanks

From what I can see of the exhaust, someone has put glasspacks on there.

I have attached "Downsized" pictures to help you. Remember, not all of us have DSL or other high speed. I have dial up and when you guys post full pictures it can take 10-20 minutes just to bring them up.

The O'2 sensor connector to the ECU should be at the top of the engine as pictured.

The hose that you show with the spring clamp is for the power brakes and must be hooked up. Picture attached.

Cruise control hose routing is also pictured.

You can either delete the cold start assist or leave it.

That is a Air intake sensor. Post a WTB ad in the 1st gen classified parts section.

On the T/body, there are too many pieces missing such as the cold start device, the linkage for the OMP. I would suggest getting a T/body from a member. Again post the WTB ad. Once you start screwing with the Se T/body, it never seems to want to run correctly.

You need to download a copy of the FSM. (factory Service manual). A link can be found by going to member trochoid profile.

You will find all of the detailed vacuum diagrams and emission routings. Looks like you are missing the double relay and solenoids. I have a picture attached for your reference..

This sever busy bullshit is getting to me. I have pm'd you about pictures.

Thanks for the reply i am deleting the emission and the cold start assist. Just want to get all that out of there. I was disappointed by the gaskets from mazdatrix since there really did not match the ports and i had to make them bigger. I have all the service manuels and what not. I would just figure there was a emission delete thread for the GSL-SE. Thanks

Well i think i got most of it together. I am getting spark on all four plugs plus and getting gas because i checked the fuel injectors. And i can feel the flap in the AFM move when cranking. But the car will not start. I poured marvel mystery a two weeks or so ago and let it sit inside. But i do not know what it is but i have eliminated a lot of stuff and the car started before i went at it. Thanks....
