Ok, so I swapped out the front cover on the S5 T2 and went to put on the water pump housing and the lower bolt hole hits the SE front cover.
I can just machine the lower part of the water pump housing but that will slightly weaken the pump housing.
Has anyone else run into this? What are other possible work arounds?
Will the SE water pump housing fit on the S5?
Thanks,
Orb

I don't know the answer to your question but a happy work-around for the 1st gen is an S4 T2 housing. I have one I could give you at the next Taco7 meet if you attend. It's already been slightly clearanced on the backside to work with a 1st gen front cover. I ran this waterpump last year no problems. PercentSevenC is also using an S4 T2 waterpump currently in his 1st gen.
PM me for details.
