GSL Nippondenso 10P13E compressor rebuild

Anyone here done it? Looks pretty straight forward. I'm getting even pressures on both low & high sides, so I'm going to try rebuilding the compressor & see what happens lol.

Bad though, is the damn gasket kit's NLA, so, this may not even get off the ground. Here's the info I've got:

Pelican Technical Article: 911 Nippondenso A/C Compressor Rebuild

Rebuild write up

KT-10PMGN is the P/n for the gasket kit, which, doesn't contain the gaskets which've likely failed in the case of my compressor.

Any insight appreciated!!

TL;DR OP a cheap ***, wants to rebuild compressor @ ~$20 vs buying reman'd/new @ ~$300

A Four Seasons 57370 is the reman'd 4S # for the 10P13E.

That's SCARY that the rebuild kits w/ the valve plates are NLA... Man, just in the past few years you can noticeably tell how much these cars are going away, but it's like, even more & more as the days go by.. Weird. & sad.

Yeah that's awesome. Makes me wish I had one of those kicking around I could take apart as a display piece. Or just the tiny rotor.

I'm in the middle of replacing the shaft seal on the nippondenso fs6 in my truck. I ordered the seal from Polar Bear Inc.
They list your kit as no longer available, but say to use oring kit GA 4443-KT: Polar Bear, Inc. Webstore: GA 4443-KT
The gaskets are also listed separately, a little more than halfway down this page:
Seals_Nipp_gASKETS
4442 and 4444. They are listed for the 10P13 and 10P15 but they look just like the ones in the no longer available kit. If you call them they should be able to tell you if the parts will work with the 10P13E.

Good luck with the rebuild, and thanks for the photo of the rotary compressor.

I just did a search for that rotary AC compressor and one of the results led back to the 7 club.
