GSL brake proportioning valve

Where is the best place to find a new GSL brake proportioning valve?

Thanks!

I actually restored the one on my '85 GS. There is just a small "piston" inside with a couple of seals. Mine was all cruddy from sitting forever. Cleaned it all up and it works great.

I've had uneven braking, side to side. Replaced the shot master cylinder and went through the other components. Completely bled the system with the MC change. Calipers are recent replacements and are ok, lines are fine. Only thing I see as a potential problem is the proportioning valve.

Maybe I'll open it up and take a look at it, but I really just want to swap in a new one and forget about it for the next 20 years.

The proportioning vavle portions between the right front and both rears. Is your side to side imbalance in the front or rear? If the right rear is locking up first, it is likey a car imbalance as that is the lightest corner of the car. If the left front is locking up, it may be the proportioning vavle, if all of the other components are up to spec.

The valve is very easy to take apart inspect and clean.

RF locks up before LF. All other components appear fine. I'll try taking it apart and see what I find.

No issues with the valve's seals that make it unrepairable/unreliable?
