hmm odd my text is gone
well here is what it said.
the other day i was looking stuff up on the net and i came across ground controls site for 1st gens rex's. i was looking at what they had to offer and its not bad. i was just wondering if any one ran there set up and how they liked it? and if they had any problems.
im thinking of getting thier front coil-overs, camber plates, springs and tokico race 5 struts.
here is there site if you would like to see what they have. i like that they have a large veriety of spring rates.

ground control is really targeted for race applications...
but I use mine on the street just fine I have the coil overs on the front with camber caster plate, and Illuminas (race, set-up for higher spring rates) I run 350lbs/in springs on the front...
The disadvantages are that it gets kinda "clunky" or noisy on rough pavement... and it's prety damn stiff.
If you want to see some pictures, go to my website... That shows about as low as you can go (front) the rear is still on stock springs...

As rx7gslse said you cant go much lower than his car or else the shocks will start to bottom out (unless the strut our strut tower is modified).
I dont have a picture of my car stationary, but these give you an idea of ride height & how little travel there is left at that height.
With 205/55/14's, the tire rubs occasionaly in the top of the wheelwell.
