here is the deal i have a grinding noise when i drive my rex around. I know its coming from the back. I checked the brakes and i dont see that anything was grinding when i drive all you hear is the sssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
sound the as if some thing like the brake is grinding
but like i said i dont see anything at all.

 

Jack up the rearend, and spin the rear wheels by hand....Noise still there? Yes...No....

If not, put blocks in front of the front tires, get in, turn it on, and put it in gear....Hear the noise? lean out the door and listen... Where is it coming from. Get someone else to sit in the car while its running, and you listen close....Is it there when the person touches the brakes?
