So since my car hasnt been ran i just figured i would take a look at my spark plugs and do a little compression test (possibly de-flood as well) and noticed that my trailing spark plugs had really grimey residue on them. As far as my leading they were only a little fouled out.

Does anyone know what could cause this?
Car is '84 -SE.
