Greasable steering?
The tie rods on my 7 have grease fittings. Unfortunately, since I wrecked it, I need to swap em out. I have a whole replacement steering linkage from an unknown year car, but the tie rods lack the grease fitting.
What years had the greaseable tierods and which didn't? With proper maintenance, will the greasables last longer? Are greasables available new?
Any other parts of the car ever come with grease fitings?

You boys got it....
On obtaining my GSL I knew the front suspension would need rebuilt. The new tie-rods, MOOG, all have grease fittings. I'm from the old school and much prefer greasable fittings. Most pro mechanics do as well....
