Got the wrong cap/rotor from my Mazda dealer

Hey guys, I just got a 1980 RX7. I'm going through the tuneup stuff on it and ordered a new distributor cap and rotor from my Mazda dealer. Given the part numbers that they gave me (1757-24-310 for the cap and 3648-24-303 for the rotor), it looks like they gave me the parts for a 1979 RX7. Crosschecked the part numbers on racingbeat.com. Will these still work on my 1980, or do I need to return them? Thanks!

Return them. Go back and ask for parts from a 1981. That should get you the right parts.
