today i get a call from the guy who i bought my 7 from he says i should come by he has something for me so i go and there it is the metal top for the sun roof in pretty good condition, appreantly it was sitting in his storage building and over the weekend he cleaned it out and found it so happy now lol

 

That was pretty cool of him to contact you after the sale. Most people just throw things out.

 

yeah, really. Generally people do what they can to make things that much more of a PITA for ya...nice guy sounds like.

 

The guy I bought my GSLSE from had the glass top on for 95% of his ownership, 84 to now. So he had the solid top in the bag and it was brand spankin new. It's pretty cool to get stuff like that, that's really cool of him to give you that!
