Got my header on, but car is acting... strange

Well, i got my header on, my idle is messed up though, i blocked off my acv with the blocker plate it came with, i think this is the problem, i used a ton of gasket sealer in there, didn't have a gasket but my car doesn't want to idle normal, i was running the header open and it sounded like a muscle car with a cam before i put this header on, i connected a disconnected vacuum line from my cruse control and the line that is from some plastic part under the cruse control, i heard they both went together into a T then into a 4 tipped connector, hooked them up and instant air fuel ratio problems... any suggestions?

when I put my header on and the block off plate, I didnt seal the block off plate well enough. Make sure its very clean and use a ton of sealant, just wipe off the stuff that gets squished out.

Funny story, took out my block off plate, made a gasket out of a paper plate and aluminum foil put the plate on, broke a bolt off though, but with two bolts and a broken one the idle has gotten alot better... any suggestions for removing a broken bolt?

Take the block off plate off if it broke off flush with the block off plate, then you might be able to get in there with vise grips .
