it 3" in/out for the intercooler. i will be running a 2.5 from the turbo to intercooler, and most likely a 3" from intercooler to carb.

Dude, thats a smokin deal! Was your new? I thought I bought from the cheapest guy on ebay....I guess not. Great find!!!!

while running the stock turbo, I will probably run 2" or 2.25" from turbo to intercooler (to keep lag to a minimum). Inlet's outlets are 3 inch on intercooler. I found a place with silicone reducers from 3" to 2" Or 3" to any other size so I'm just gonna use these where my piping attaches to the cooler. I am gonna run a 2.5" pipe from intercooler to Throttle Body (so use a 3" down to 2.5 from intercooler to piping on cold side). You figure when the air gets into the intercooler there is a much larger space for it to travel through anyways so the 3 inch openings dont really matter. I was hesitant at first to get this cooler due to the 3" openings but after talking with a few turbo guys, I understood that it would be fine for the reason I gave above.

Here's the place with 2" to 3":

http://www.turbohoses.com/Transitions.htm

this is the only place I found with this size (2" to 3") of silicone reducers. All of the other sizes are pretty common and you can get them much cheaper on ebay (like 10 bucks).

If I get my turbo highflowed, then I will go with bigger piping on the hot side.

It's just a no namer brand. I have found this identical intercooler all over the net for sale under different names. On ebay alone I have seen it sold as "obx" "Trust" "Mishimoto" and lots of others. On the obx they put an OBX name plate on the end of it. On the Trust one, they actually stamped trust into it!! It's clear by looking at the design and measurements of the cores that they are all from the same maker. This cooler comes in 3 sizes as seen on the http://www.modyourcar.com website.

Here's the link for the guy I bought mine from (best price I have seen but as read in the thread above, you may be able to find it cheaper). Just click his other auctions and you will see loads of them for sale:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWN%3AIT

Here's the one they are calling "trust" It's the bigger size though. These intercooler's come in 3 sizes:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...e=STRK:MEWA:IT

Here's the "obx".........rofl (notice it even has the same box as mine!)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...929916630&rd=1

and another:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT

Here's an australian website that sells the same coolers. You can see all three sizes here. Mind you the price is Australian Dollars! http://modyourcar.com/

Here's a thread that shows a pic of this intercooler installed.

http://ausrotary.dntinternet.com/for...218&highlight=

Be sure to buy the right size or it wont fit. You need the middle size shown on that mod your car website.

The size you need is 450x300x76mm The bigger one will be too long to fit. The needed size is shown installed in a first gen in this pic below. If you have a gsl-se, you will need to get a short radiator and remount your oil cooler under it to fit the height of this intercooler.
