Good news and idle questions!!!
Well i am still having problems with the idle. Once the car is on i have to hold down the accelerator for a bit and with a little practice i can lower it down to where it will idle just fine. But once i take off and hit the accelerator it will just die. I went to drive it around the block and the other day to see if it will help loose things since it has been sitting for 6 or so years and i got the car sideways from rumping down on it. I guess that shows it has the torque and hp so i do not think it is anything internaly.
Also i want to elimate my air pump and i found an awesome write up at FAQ but it is for a carb so i did not know if that is related to my fuel injected car? Thanks any information will help/ 1984 GSL-SE RX-7

What does that wire go to? I did not see any unplugged wires. The only thing i notice is where the intake sits on the driver side some one did some wiring of there on on these to wires that look like a sensor that screw into the intake. Thanks is it. I am replacing vacuum lines with new ones. Thanks

run a quarts worth of marvel mystery oil through it if it been sitting that long without haveing the injectiors cleaned. Then check and adjust the tps. Seriusly, MMO fixed all my middfires, bogging, lumpy idling, flooding, and then i tuned from there.
good look, read the fsm
