Glass Sunroof

I have a steel sunroof in my 81 rex and I want to go with glass but I am having trouble seeing as neither the local mazda dealer or various sites I have checked have none. Nearing the end of my body rebuild and ready for paint but I want a glass sunroof as well as the metal I already have. Any imput helps thanks.

See if you have a glass shop in the area that could cut an exact match to you metal one.

That roof can not be duplicated by a glass shop without a mold. It is a curved piece and actually not easy to make. I have often wondered if a fiberglass shop could make one though?

When it's glass, it's called a moonroof. When glass is curved like that it's called ' slumped'

You might be able to make one out of lucite if you have extra fittings and can make a form.
