Talking Ghetto fab draft fix

Have you ever taken your door panel off (1st gen) and seen that clear plastic cover that helps keep the wind out ? Well, mine had been ripped away for some reason, so last Saturday, I took a trash bag and some duck tape and fixed this problem. It looks ghetto like hell but is suprisingly quiet and keeps the draft out. And oh yeah, find some other drafts to fix, the kicker panel speaker hole, no speaker. Oh hell, i guess i'll fix it and any other over winter break.

Does anyone have a e-brake that lets air in, any fixes for that?

Yeah, I replaced mine with trash bag plastic and double-stick tape. Not quite as ghetto as duct tape, but did the same job Besides, not important what it looks like once the door panel goes back on.

E-brake draft? Might be some rust in there trying to get your attention.

The plastic is more about keeping rainwater from rotting your cardboard door panels away. a good idea to mend any holes!
