Getting a stupid clock...

Since I've been doing interior work, I decided I ought to fix the thing that's been bothering me the longest: My clock is not only not working, but someone tried to super-glue a little 99 cent clock over the face, and left this awful residue.

I've looked online for these things, but they're nowhere!

Does anyone know of a vendor that sells the OEM clocks? I'm looking for one for an '85 GS, if they differ from year to year. I'd prefer not to hit the junkyards for just a clock if I can help it... If worst comes to worst, I'll just go have a junkyard day, but it'd be a million times better if I could just order one online.

Junkyard is probably your best bet. You could also post a WTB (Wanted to Buy) message in the RX-7 Forum > Classifieds > Parts For Sale / Wanted > 1st Generation (79-85) forum. I bet someone here has what you need.

Allright, thanks man!

I was gonna go onto the buy/sell forum and mention that pulling out your clock freed up 25 horsepower...

Mine doesn't look -exactly- the same, but it's close enough.

I got a OEM clock that works. You can have it, just charge for the shipping. I thought about putting a clock from a '92 Infiniti Q45 in there. Might look kinda neat.
But im in lubbock tx. email me if ur interested.
