Is your omp still hooked up? if so it may be spewing old oil into the mix

Did you replace the hardlines? I would do a fuel pressure and volume test. Fuel pressure should be 2.84 - 3.55 and the volume should be 1.48 US quarts in 1 minute. (FSM 4A-47)
