Getting Ready For My Weber

I've got an 85 1st gen and I'm going the Weber route. Getting rid of the stock carb and rats nest ****. I want to get rid of the wiring harness coming from the passenger side of the car, but there are still a few things connected to the harness. What do I do with them? Do I still need the coolant sensor on the water pump housing? Can I get rid of the ECU? The oil pressure switch, coolant temp switch, and oil level switch should be rewired, but to where?

Any help would be great. Just trying to do what I can until I can get this thing on the road.

The only wires I have left are the alternator, oil pressure and water temp. I traced all the other wires back to the big connector on the fender and snipped em off.

My plan is the same as RevHeds. I plan on just snipping all of em off cause I never plan on going back to stock .
