Gettin' a wee bit Frosty....
All right wrench-hands...
Took the relay down...Opened it up...Bunch of transistors, capacitors, resistors, etc...Didn't look or smell burned...
Put it back in, hot-wired the fuel pump, cranked 'er up....
Now she runs on only one rotor, and the tach won't function?
With the fuel pump hot-wired fuel starts coming out of the return hose...Maybe the check valve is in backwards...Somebody said something about the "Carb Sensor?" Where's that thing-a-ma-bob? This is startin' to **** me off....Could the computer have gone South?
Grrrrrrrrr...

That sounds like an ignition problem. If it runs at all, it's getting fuel. If it's getting fuel, it has to be getting fuel to both rotors, doesn't it? Unless your carb or manifold is messed up.
It's confusing me.
