You want to make sure you check all the hoses and make sure they are still in good shape as well. I'm not sure on GSL-SE's, but before you start thinking turbo and all of that stuff, you want to make sure it is ready to be turboed. With 84,000 miles on it, you may want to rebuild and port before turbocharging, anyway. I am going to turbo my 12a, but I'm in the process of rebuilding it first to make sure the internals are new and in good shape before turboing it. I don't want to end up having to rebuild shortly afterwards because the apex seals don't hold up to the boost.

Also, what part of Indiana are you from?

i wouldn't turbo an early EGI 13B. thats just me. it can be a hassle, especially with porting and the injection... but thats just me.....

Your better off porting your 13b and putting a better carb/intake on it. Properly done you can make up to 200hp. Maybe just getting an already turbo'd 13b and stand alone. Turboing a 12a is too much of a hassle

research the TII swap. best setup for the money. the SE 13B has a great torque band but the intakes are very restrictive, the rotors are heavy, and the AFM is terrible. you can swap it the S4 uppper/lower intake to increase perfomance, I dont much about it. Carb will net more HP but at the price of more fuel. think about what you want your car to perform well in. Search Search Search
