Gauge needles

Can gauge needles be painted? or will that throw off the weight and cause them not to work... lol

Unless you are using old style lead based paint, no problem. j/k Painting the needles is fine.

hah.. I just want to re-paint the sides yellow.. mine are faded..

NOT lime green.
