gauge mounting

im trying to mount a A/F gauge on my dash but i wanted to know if anyone has ever used double sided sticky tape intead of screws in the dash. do you guys think it will hold? would it wear out over time?

is this a wide band (lil box) or just a waste of time AF ricer gauge(round non-wideband)?
