gas tank

guys ive got a 1983 rx7. when i take right hand turns w/ more then a 1/4 tank it spits gas and i can see it/smell it... i need a gas tank, if anyone has one, pm me... thanks. btw im in chicagoland and am willing to drive to pick one up

Probably rusted through at the seam or the fill or vent tube came loose. Could also be a leaking gasket on the float sensor.

I found a gas tank for my first FB by contacting a local Rad shop.

They were able to order a referbised gas tank for me.

I also paind less Canadian, then what I have seen them for on the web in USD

The fill neck is loose / broken or the vent tube is off. Would be the first place I look.



I just sold an 83 tank on sunday. It was one of the best looking ones I have ever seen. almost perfect.
